Our products are shipped from Turkey or local warehouses. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the region.

Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

You can request order cancellation by contacting our customer service before the order is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?

It’s important to check the product with the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and return it with the courier, then notify us immediately.

Are the products shipped from Turkey?

Yes, most products under Zindi Store are imported from our manufacturing facilities in Turkey, ensuring modern design and high quality standards.

How is furniture assembled?

Our products are shipped disassembled for safe and easy transportation. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the package. You can also get help through our video support line if needed.

Do the products come with a warranty?

All furniture products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damages caused by usage are not covered.
