Cancellation and Return Policy
By placing an order electronically via zindistore.com, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that the SELLER is notified via the contact details below.

3. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER within the 14-day period via registered mail, fax, or email.
The product must be returned with its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, complete and undamaged.
Invoicing: The product invoice must be returned. (If the invoice is corporate, it must be sent together with a "Return Invoice" issued by the relevant institution).
Refunds: The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. For credit card payments, the reflection of the refund on the account may take 2-3 weeks depending on bank procedures.
4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS (EXCEPTIONS)
According to the regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following:
- Products prepared in line with the Buyer's special requests or personal needs.
- Underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms.
- Cosmetics and personal care products, if the seal/packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Disposable products or products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire.
- Audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, and computer consumables if the packaging has been opened by the Buyer.
5. BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE GOODS
The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services before receiving them; damaged or defective goods (dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.) should not be received from the cargo company.
A report (tutanak) should be filed with the courier for damaged packages. Goods received from the courier shall be deemed undamaged and intact.
6. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
In the event that the Buyer falls into default in payment transactions made by credit card, the Buyer accepts that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and themselves.
7. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
You can make your payments via Bank Transfer/EFT or via Credit Card (online single payment or installments).
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Seller will notify the Buyer if the product cannot be delivered on time. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order or postpone the delivery.
